Who We Are

Our homeowners have created a secluded paradise to hide into, away from a busy city and the worries of life. This land was initially dedicated to The Olive Grove where the family produced their own olive oil. They soon decided to built their home from scratch and enjoy the best of two worlds: the island and the mountain life.

The Olive Grove House has four bedrooms and five bathrooms: one large high ceiling bedroom with two walking closets and ensuite bathroom situated on the ground floor. The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite shower room). 

​

The kitchen is fitted with high-end Miele equipment and the large living area opens up to the dining room. 

​

The total surface area of the inside spaces is 508m2. The surface of the high ceiling semi-outdoor spaces has a total of 67m2. There are both covered and uncovered verandas (66 m2 and 69m2 respectively).

The house is made out of natural stone which was picked out and shipped from X.  The entire house is fitted with underfloor heating and new air conditioning units. It is powered by X solar panels for electricity.

​

The outdoor space exhibits unique features such as antique light poles and a water well. The house is surrounded by an olive grove of around three hundred olive trees.  

​

House includes a snooker table (12 x 6 ft).

Parking: 4 cars in a semi basement and 4 cars in outdoor covered space
